How to brew (quick start)

1. Grind 15–18g of coffee to a medium grind.
2. Rinse the filter paper and warm your V60 and mug or server.
3. Bloom by pouring a little hot water (about twice the weight of the coffee) and waiting 30 seconds.
4. Pour the rest of the water slowly in circles until you reach 250–300g.
5. Serve and enjoy a bright, smooth cup of Swaledale filter coffee.
